halo bro..juz need some info about connected but cannot browse..
-whats is the trouble shooting steps that i need to solve it.

  1. First thing, try to shutdown all your equipment such as modem, computer.
  2. Unplug all the cable that connected to your modem and computer such as LAN Cable, RJ11
  3. Replug back all the cable and after that on back your equipment, make sure you on first the modem and wait for around 5 minutes for the modem to finish synchronize with the line
  4. After that, on back the computer and please make sure that all the process that run in the background is finish loading because we don’t want thing to be lag at this time
  5. Please re-check this thing:
    • DNS Setting
    • Primary – 202.188.0.133
    • Alternate – 202.188.1.5
    • Clear Temporary Files under Internet Options
    • Clear cookies
    • Clear SSL Certificates (Internet Option)
    • Restore default browser settings
    • Firewall settings
    • Windows scan
    • Disable antivirus software
    • Disable P2P running in background
  6. Done? but the problem still persist? Try to re-create back your dialer
  7. So right now most probably the problem has been fix but if the problem still persist please do this further troubleshooting that will not been teach by Streamyx Helpdesk… how do i know? trust me…
    • Go to Run and type cmd (if your using Win XP)
    • type netsh int ip reset resetlog․txt after do this don’t try to dialing because it will give you an error message.
    • Go to LAN icon inside the Networking at Control Panel
    • Right click at the LAN and choose repair. It will try to repair back your LAN setting and if successful, do restart back the computer but if it fail u need to try to update your NIC firmware or re-install back you NIC.

So guys you can try out this thing if your facing this kind of problem and last but not least, if all above troubleshooting had been done please do call Streamyx Helpdesk and request them to reset your port since sometimes it occur from there.

Let me know if it works or not because from my experience it help me a lot.
