High latency in Subang area?

For the past few days, I’ve been helping my wife with her kids wear sale at Subang Parade, Subang Jaya.

I surf the internet while waiting for customer to come and buy our things. Sadly, I’m shocked with the high latency that I’d to experience while browsing local or international websites. It’s either request time out or latency up 4000 ms when I perform a ping checks.

What the hell?

At first I thought it was an error at my end, so I perform a tracert to TM’s DNS server. Usually the checks should give a reading below than 100 ms but I was dead wrong. The tracert results show an average of 2k ms for each R&R they go.

This really pissed me off.

I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only one experience this in Subang area. If you’re living in Subang area share your thought with me and we might be able to do something about it.
