Type in http://192.168.1.1 and hit enter. If the page successfully loads, you will be shown with the screen in the image. Enter the Username and Password respectively and click Log In.
After logging in, you will be met with the Quick Start page. Enter the information below then click the Connect button and proceed to the next step.

If the connection successfully established itself, you will be shown with this status page. Notice that the State column says Connected.
If the Connection State is connected, click the Save Settings link on the left side of the page. If the settings save successfully, it will notify you as in this image.
After saving your settings, click on the Reboot link from the menu on the left side of the page. After clicking the link, watch the modem’s status lights and wait for the PPP and DSL lights to go steady. Once it’s steady, you should be able to connect to the Internet.
