First thing first!!!
Please check your modem IP is it under 192.168.x.x or 169.x.x.x. How to do check?
Go to Run or use (Windows Logo + R), then key in cmd. Then type ipconfig. Try to find you IP address. If your IP is 169.x.x.x, kindly change your Network Card IP manually to 192.168.1.2.

  1. Connect to 192.168.1.1
  2. Key in:
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin
  3. Click on the ATM setting at left side menu
  4. Please make sure that VCI-35, VPI-0, Encapsulation-LLC, Connection Type-PPP
  5. After you choose PPP, it will prompt different table where u need to choose PPPoA/PPPoE – PPPoE, IP Unnumber-Disable, Default Route-Enable, Username: username@streamyx, Password: your password. Then click Submit
  6. Click DHCP Mode and choose DHCP Server
  7. Click IP Filter and select Security Level to None and then Submit
  8. Click Save and Reboot, Save→ Submit, Reboot→ Submit
