Have you ever call TM’s 100 customer service?

    itu hari ada call 100. operator die punye le lemau sebab dok follow script tanya itu ini… kalau dah kita kata lampu DSL kat modem tu BLINKING, buat apa dia tanya lagi modem tu on ke tak? pastu tanya lagi on PC ke tak ada lampu LAN tak?… diorang takleh cut short ke derang punye script tu? bila tanya kata ikut prosedur….

    might be they need to follow their procedure but i think they should make their agent more cheerful so us as a customer can be happy.

    hmm.. pijut, i bet u must be one of ‘em. i mean u ni employee tmnet eh? so far i can tell, 100 calling for any probs n services compare to last few years, they r now improved… good job la.

    anyway, how come tm still stuck wif old adsl tech eh? why still not offering adsl 2+?

    any disclosure u got to offer over here? that will be quite interesting to know next move of tm..

      they are already offering the ADSL 2+ to users who distance more than 5 km laa…
      btw, HSBB is coming to town.. i heard it can go up until 1GIGA

    i buy 1 switch after i follow u step to change modem to router then i can online but i cant play dota ..why

    to play dota u have to do port fowarding or if u use only 1 pc DMZ seting can be done , bocoz some gaming server requared special port to be open
